I am Donna Burke. Native Atlantan, graduate of St. Pius X High School and Georgia State University by way of Florida State University (GO NOLES!). I graduated college with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Minor in Chemistry and Pre-Med concentration. I began studying Exercise Science, concentrating in Athletic Training and learned a lot about sports, injuries and how the body works. I’m a science nerd with a fashion side, hence Yoga In Heels.

I’m not a yogi, just a girl who likes yoga in her workout repertoire. I run half marathons, do crossfit, dance fitness, ballet, play adult league soccer, rock climb and play tennis. Gone are the days of women wearing men’s clothing for workouts. Ladies, grab your leggings and your Loubis…get ready to rock your fitness world.
